Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. A request to return goods should be made within a resalable time (within 2 weeks of delivery date) and goods should be returned within 2 weeks of the request being made with the goods in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition ie in their original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. We are unable to make a refund for goods which we have ceased selling. Goods that have been installed may not be returned.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, please notify us of this in writing within 5 working days.
We will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us for products that are defective or supplied in error by us.
Products we are Unable to Refund or Exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any products that are made or cut to order. We are unable to accept returns on wallpapers if less than 5 rolls are being returned of the same design.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty, damaged or supplied in error by us, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Cancellation of Order
For non made-to-order products that are simply unwanted, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% of the full selling price on returned goods. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Delivery of Goods
Please allow time for delivery of goods as stated in any email received from us accepting your order.
How to return goods to us
Contact us via the contact page to explain why you would like to return the product. We will then contact you back with an explanation of how to return the product, the address to send it to (this is different for some items) and a returns number, if we agree that you may return the product(s). We will confirm whether a restocking charge will be levied for any non made-to-order products. Goods must be returned and received by us within two weeks of you first contacting us about returning them.
