How to choose an element
Pick an element that is closest to the half the size of the rail, so for example if you have a rail that is 1200mm High then a 600 Watt element is a decent choice. The element Wattage works the same as a kettle. The element will still stop when it hits the temperature set and the more the Wattage, the quicker the towel rail will get to the required temperature.
