Guest room number 13 in Löfstad Castle was said to be haunted and that any wallpaper adorning the walls kept falling off. In the end, it was decided to paint delicate floral patterns directly on the wall using a thin brush. Inspiration was drawn from an 18th-century wallpaper, located in one of the castle’s wardrobes.
