This classic design wall light is ideal for a traditional Victorian and Edwardian interior especially when creating a softly lit atmosphere of a Victorian room.
The hand blown shade has been cut and etched in a brilliant stylised pineapple motif. The pineapple was seen as a symbol of wealth in the 18th and 19th century and a pineapple would cost an equivalent of about £5,000 today, hence to this day pineapples can be viewed on rooftops, railings, entrances and interiors of Georgian and Victorian buildings.
