Hand finished cast iron radiators in this industrial style is a very specialised process involving each section of your cast iron radiator being hand finished to produce an industrial shabby chic look. Our industrial look was created to show the best of raw cast iron. Firstly we smooth the surfaces then we capture some of the natural patinas under a coat of clear lacquer. A truly inspiring ‘Manhattan loft’ look for interiors where original unadulterated design comes first.
This method leaves the back area of the cast iron radiator unfinished, as this area is difficult to reach.
If you would like the back of your radiator finished too please request this when you place your order. The additional cost is 30% of the prices shown.
