Stair and Hall Carpet Runners
We sell various styles of stair carpet runner and hall carpet runner that will enhance the staircase or hall of any period home. Most stair carpet runner styles come in a variety of colourways. Also see our selection of stair rods to complement these stair carpets and read our related articles for stair runner ideas. Stair runners are traditionally used to run down the centre of the staircase with mitred joints at corners and around curves. They run from the top step all the way down the to end of the bottom step, finishing on the vertical at the point where the staircase reaches the hall floor. As these products are cut to order, they cannot be returned unless faulty. For a hallway runner, please request that the edges of the carpet are stitched so that it doesn't fray (for no additional cost). Our wide range of colours, patterns and widths will enhance your period hallway and stair case and look best when on a newly refurbished varnished wood staircase.
